Album Cover and the Horizon of the EP.... The summer is starting and it is nice outside!!! Focusing on a few exciting things before the new EP is released. The first thing is to finish designing the album art work... and when I say that, I kind of mean start. I have been meeting with all sorts of talented photographers for this big leap into the creative unknown and soon I will be shooting with Matt Shapira which I am really excited about. Can't wait to share the stills with you when we do our photo shoot in the upcoming week or two. This very well may be a segway into another music video for this EP release.... and can you guess for which song???  =) . . . Elderberries.... Elderberries is a vegan cafe located on Sunset Blvd near fairfax (Sierra Bonita) owned by a beautiful woman named Dottie. Her huge heart works to support children in the foster care system and assists the homeless and those suffering with Mental Illness. About 8 months ago she opened up this dream vegan / raw cafe which specializes in serving juices, smoothies, iced tea lattes, inteligencia coffee, and a variety of vegan dishes. She has brought me in to help design parts of the menu and it is very exciting creative outlet for me. In addition starting this coming July I will be hosting a Music on Wednesday there from 7-10pm featuring some of the finest songwriters performing 'In Raw Form'. Justine Bennett, Liz Clark, Jamie Drake, B Willing, and Scott Mellis to name a few. Come by on a Wed and check out who is there!!!

 Well folks, it is almost time to reveal the new everything!!! Please come by the Hotel Cafe June 5th at 8pm to not only hear the new songs live with my fantastic band: Jimmy Paxson (drums), Justin Andres (bass), Kevin Haaland (guitar), Matt Rhode (organ), Justine Bennett and Brendan Willing James (harmonies) but you will also get to HEAR a song or two from the new record AND offer suggestions for the NAME of the ALBUM!!!! 

Wow! The new album is almost finished! Great big thank you to Brad Smith (Blind Melon), Eric Boulanger, Jimmy Paxson, the musicians, and everyone else involved. A new music video, new pictures, and now a new album to go with it! We need artwork, AND a name for the album!!! 

I am so excited to attend the ASCAP expo again.  This year I was selected to perform and I can not wait. There are so many great guest speakers - Linda Perry, Bill Withers, John Mayor to name a few.....  

In a few days I am off to Holland again. I will be supporting Jon Allen, a songwriter from the UK. There is going to be a lot going on so you can follow my tour video blogs:
